Taught by main stage music theatre artists, this class is all about the triple threat – Singing, Dancing, Acting. Working with each child on their specific needs, this class is full of life. Students work on dance choreography, perform a number and act out scenes from hit musicals.
Think of it as 'Whose Line is it Anyway' for the classroom! Students will learn about improvisation from reputable Improv institute graduates (UCB, Groundlings, Second City), whilst belly laughing at themselves and peers more than they can remember.
This one-of-a-kind class incorporating; on-camera techniques, script analysis, and fun drama games. Working on scenes from movies and TV the kids know and love. In each class, their scenes are filmed using quality recording equipment, (Camera, lights, backdrop), and watched back to evaluate their performance in real time, teaching them confidence on camera and in life!
Taking the structure of Drama for Fun, but adding the element of a final performance to prepare for. Working with popular scripts, learning advanced acting techniques used by some of the best actors in the world. Great for kids a little more comfortable in the spotlight!
Just starting out? Great! Have a little experience, but just want to have some fun? Great! In this class, we explore creativity with drama games that promote active listening, quick thinking and imagination. This is a low-stakes, "fun for the sake of fun", gentle drama class for kids who just want to experience acting without the fear of potential stage-fright. Great for first timers!

This means being on time, and respectable in uniform and grooming appearance. We know your scheduling is important, so ‘on time’ is late for our staff. Your students will never be wandering the halls putting another one of your staff out of action to supervise. They will be greeted at the designated start time and meeting point by our LADS educator and escorted to their classroom.
EXPERIENCED
Our staff are not only knowledgeable about performing arts, but have genuine experience in working with children. The last thing you want parents to witness at pick up is the class being poorly managed; bouncing off the walls while a barely out of high school instructor sits in the corner on their phone. We promise all LADS educators have a minimum of 10 years working with children, and can comfortably hold the attention of a class full of excited kids!
